Ted Bruccoleri
Ted has successfully started and sold several companies in his career. In 2002 he founded Human Capital Advisors, VA. He has since relinquished his partnership with HCA VA, yet continues to provide services to the group. In 2013 he founded Human Capital Advisors FL. Ted leads the Executive Advisory Practice and supports our Executive and Leadership Coaching Practice.
During his 45 year business career Ted has extensive experience in leadership development, executive coaching, advising CEO’s and Boards and executive selection. Ted employs individually customized programs and processes that focus on the development and improvement of specific skills and competencies along with overall performance enhancement. The process includes the use of assessment tools, the creation of a personalized project model, regularly scheduled development sessions and ongoing progress reviews, both with the individual and the supervisor. The process embeds sharing real world business experiences and approaches that Ted has gained over his extensive business career. Coaching clients include individuals with high potential, those recently promoted, and those who require improvement in certain skills or behavior traits.
Clientele has ranged from large corporations to entrepreneurial ventures to not for profits. Industry sector experience includes bio medical, technology incubator, data management, real estate, consulting, construction, financial services, and Federal government contracting, among others.
